IRB Rugby Ready Certification

Question : What is "Rugby Ready"?
Answer : The IRB Rugby Ready programme aims to support individual coaches, referees, players and Unions in preparing to play the game and with good practice models for physical conditioning, technique, injury prevention and injury management. ~ From IRB Rugby Ready Web Site.

Question : How do I become "Rugby Ready"?
Answer : Follow the instructions below.....
  1. Open IRB web site here (opens in a new window).
        www.irbrugbyready.com
  1. Select Register Free.
  2. Create an account by following the instructions on screen.
  3. You will be sent an automated email to the address you give during the previous step, this contains a link which confirms your registration.
  4. You're now registered and ready to complete the certification process.
  5. Using the links in the grey panel on the left of the page, navigate in order through each section. Read the page, watch the video's and then answer the questions.
  6. Once complete you are able to download your certificate.
